All services provided by Med Pro Synergy, LLC and Your Health DPC, PLLC are self-pay and due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of healthcare services, laboratory testing, consultations, and administrative services, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

If a chargeback is initiated after services have been provided, Med Pro Synergy, LLC and Your Health DPC, PLLC reserve the right to suspend services, recover outstanding balances, charge administrative processing fees, and pursue collection of unpaid balances as permitted by law.

Laboratory testing fees are non-refundable once a specimen collection has occurred or a laboratory order has been submitted to a testing partner.
