No, we welcome patients of all ages. Children can be added under a parent or guardian’s membership, and adults of any age are eligible to join.

For pediatric patients, we provide care focused on general wellness, minor illness, and basic preventive needs, with referrals to pediatric specialists when appropriate. Please note that immunizations are not administered in our office and should be obtained through your child’s pediatrician or local health department.

Non-Member Appointment

$85 / Visit

  • $85 per visit, self-pay only, and non-refundable.
  • All procedures, supplies, labs, and point-of-care tests are billed separately and paid for at the time of your visit.
  • If you become a member within 3 days of your visit, the visit fee is credited toward your membership (monthly fee $95 + $49 onboarding, unless 3 months prepaid).
  • Includes one results consultation if labs or tests were ordered during the visit.
  • Non-members do not receive member discounts, unlimited visits, or after-hours access.
