We accept major cards, cash, and HSA/FSA payments where legally permitted. Superbills are available for potential private insurance out-of-network reimbursement only.

We see Medicaid patients as self-pay, but services are not covered or reimbursable through Medicaid, and no claims are filed.

Due to federal regulations, we do not offer memberships to Medicare beneficiaries or accept Medicare reimbursement at this time.
